TheGeoExperts.com respects your rights to the privacy of the personal information you provide to us on websites owned The Geo Experts. Unless/we state otherwiste in this policy or at the time information is collected, any personal information you provide to TheGeoExperts.com will be known be known only to two parties: you and TheGeoExperts.com. The following policy is intended to explain how your personal information will be treated as you make use of the features belonging to the sites. Personal information includes your name and email address and any other personal information while billing information includes name, street and email addresses, billing information, click-through activity. Site Members

In order to have a membership subscriptions, individuals must provide TheGeoExperts with personal and billing information including name, address, email address and credit card information. TheGeoExperts hold information under the strictest control and simply does not reuse, resell or redistribute that information in any way.

Community Information

TheGeoExperts.com members provide a name, password and email address when registering to set up an account. This information is not sold or distributed, the only email that the address provided will be sent from The Geo Experts directly and not through any third party organization. The Geo Experts does use a management system to organize emails and the email information used in the management system is under complete The Geo Experts control under the provisions described the privacy agreement with the management system.

When using the community portion of the site other users that are registered to TheGeoExperts.com will be able to view and browser the information that you have provided that pertaining to the community portion of the site. Members are allowed to use the information of other members while on the site, if members have come to an agreement to communicate with each other based on information acquired from TheGeoExperts.com those communications and the actions from those communications can not be regulated by The Geo Experts.

The mail service that members can use in TheGeoExperts.com is to send individual emails. While the email system can be used to send the same message to a few members this tool cannot and should not be used to send mass “spam” messages. TheGeoExperts.com has no control over the content our members send each other. Any email regardless or its origins are the responsibility of the sender and not TheGeoExperts.

Promotions

From time to time, TheGeoExperts.com may sponsor sweepstakes, contests or other events which require the collection, processing and storage of individual contact and demographic information to be used for the event. TheGeoExperts.com may also co-sponsor these events along with other companies, in which case the user's information is likely to be shared with other participating sponsors, who may use this information as they wish. A registrant's personal contact and demographic information will not be released to any third-party organization other than the named sponsors with out the user's consent. In such instance TheGeoExperts.com will request that such named sponsors uphold the privacy of the registrant's information by no distributing or sharing such information with any other businesses or organizations.
